Ooo there's a lot of people I think are particularly good. Outside of the biggest names (D20 cast, etc) I'd say that Edward Spence is a phenomenal GM that I'm excited to see more from. Drakoniques is a consistently excellent player in our APs and others. Superdillin is fabulous all around. I'd also shoutout Bridgett Jeffries (who I've only seen perform once, but she absolutely blew me away). There are so many more people and shows I could name, but those are the ones that I'm excited about right now.
Yes Vaesen is a great example of "monster as the story" as opposed to "monster as obstacle" that you see in the big fantasy RPGs.
