This week on Talk of the Table we were joined by a true pillar of the TTRPG community, Jeff Stormer. Jeff is the host and producer of Party of One, a TTRPG actual play podcast that focuses on two-player roleplaying games. Over the past eight years he has made nearly 400 episodes and has played over 300 unique games. Party of One is a work of art worth celebrating, and we’re doing just that this week here at Many Sided Media.
This interview for Talk of the Table is one of my favorites we’ve put out, and readers of this newsletter get access to a bonus segment of the interview where Jeff and I discuss what we’ve learned about game design from good and bad games. So enjoy a little bit extra just for enjoying this newsletter.

Eldritch Turkeys Get Their Revenge
Our Latest Patreon Actual Play
Last week we included in this newsletter a free copy of Elliot’s latest supplement to the Powered By Poultry universe: Something is Wrong With The Turkeys. The one-page supplement included roll tables for eldritch turkeys, a new side dish mechanic, and the hook for a Thanksgiving One-Shot where your turkeys must infiltrate the Bryson Family Estate to retrieve THE BRYSONOMICON–an ancient book of family recipes, poultry rituals, and dangerous spells.
If you’re thinking, “Boy, I’d like to hear that!” then today is your lucky day! Over on the My First Dungeon Patreon–better known as The Dice Pool, splash!–we released our unhinged actual play of Something is Wrong With The Turkeys.
So if you’ve been thinking of becoming a patron, but have been waiting for us to do more things with tentacles and non-Euclidean geometry then you can stop waiting and go become a patron today!
